If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (including perfumes once opened)
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
