Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR
- If you wish to cancel your order under your legal 14-day right (see below)
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- For damaged/incorrect items, you must provide proof (photos/video)

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Right to Cancel (14 Days – EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
⚠️ Important:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products (including perfumes) cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care products (including perfumes)
- Gift cards
(Sale items can still be returned if required by law)
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds (If Approved)
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
We may withhold the refund until:
- We receive the returned item, or
- You provide proof that it has been sent back
