This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by OUDALIS PERFUMES.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Spain: 2-3 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)
  • Weather conditions or force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in contacting the courier. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items
